Pafos Skyline Group is a boutique Paphos-based developer specialising in low-density coastal projects. Founded in 2004 by architect Stelios Andreou, the studio has earned a reputation for design-led villas with strong rental yields in the Coral Bay and Chloraka sub-areas.

Every Skyline project is built around a master landscape plan, integrating native Mediterranean planting and natural-light driven interior layouts.
